Juliana Herrera Dappe, chef de Mada Patisserie, comparte con nosotros la receta de sus cookies de granola. Una receta fácil de hacer y muy rica para el desayuno y la merienda.
Galletas de Granola
Ingredientes: (Rinde 18 unidades)
180gr Manteca
½ taza Azúcar integral
½ taza. Azúcar común
1 y ½ taza Harina 0000
1 U Huevos,
1/2 cucharadita Esencia vainilla
1 taza Granola
50gr Almendras
50gr Nueces
Preparación:
Batir la manteca con azúcar integral y azúcar común a blanco hasta obtener una crema suave y lisa, luego agregar esencia de vainilla y el huevo, continuar batiendo.
Luego incorporar harina tamizada, granola, nueces y almendras picadas.
Dejar reposar la preparación en heladera mínimo 1 hora. Calentar horno a 190º C.
Con dos cucharas dar forma a las cookies y colocar sobre una placa para horno con papel manteca separadas unas de otras.
Cocinar por 10 a 15 minutos.
Dejar enfriar en la placa antes de guardarlas. Rinden 18 unidades de 60 gr.
